Giorgos Avgenakis founded Erofili in 1978 in Kamares, a community in the municipality of Phaistos, Heraklion Prefecture. He possessed expertise in the field of bakery, particularly in traditional baked goods.

Ioannis Avgenakis is the CEO of Erofili.
He has extensive experience in the bakery and sales industry. He has been repeatedly recognized in the past for the quality of Erofili's products.

Giorgos Avgenakis is the head of the production department at Erofili. He has expertise in the field of bakery and in business organization.He is a graduate of the Department of Business Administration.

As the Attica Network Manager, Konstantinos Avgenakis possesses extensive experience in managing and organizing sales networks, significantly contributing to the achievement of the company's objectives.He is also a graduate of the Department of Accounting and Finance.
